How to judge the operating status of the fan through this indicator light？

之前我們介紹過，EBM新款的EC風(fēng)機(jī)在電機(jī)底座上配備了一個狀態(tài)指示燈，本期我們就來講解一下如何通過該指示燈判斷風(fēng)機(jī)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。

在風(fēng)機(jī)上電之后會先進(jìn)入自檢狀態(tài)，此時指示燈呈綠色并且會閃爍，一般閃爍三次后，如果風(fēng)機(jī)沒有任何問題，指示燈將由綠色閃爍變成綠色常亮，此時我們可以正常操控風(fēng)機(jī)。

After the fan is powered on, it will first enter the self-test state. At this time, the indicator light will be green and flash. Generally, after flashing three times, the indicator light will change from green flashing to green and steady on if there is no problem with the fan. At this time, we can control the fan normally.

如果風(fēng)機(jī)檢測到異常，則會發(fā)出警告，此時指示燈會變成黃色閃爍狀態(tài)，但風(fēng)機(jī)并不會停機(jī)，只是發(fā)出警告并激活相應(yīng)的保護(hù)功能。

If the fan detects an abnormality, it will issue a warning. At this time, the indicator light will turn yellow and flash, but the fan will not stop. It will only issue a warning and activate the corresponding protection function.

而當(dāng)風(fēng)機(jī)檢測到嚴(yán)重故障時，指示燈會變成紅色閃爍，此時風(fēng)機(jī)將停止運(yùn)行。

When the fan detects a serious fault, the indicator light will turn red and flash, and the fan will stop running.

當(dāng)風(fēng)機(jī)出現(xiàn)警告時，雖然風(fēng)機(jī)不會停機(jī)，但依然需要操作人員及時排查問題，避免風(fēng)機(jī)由異常轉(zhuǎn)為故障，影響現(xiàn)場的生產(chǎn)和使用。

When a fan warning occurs, although the fan will not stop, the operator still needs to troubleshoot the problem in time to prevent the fan from turning abnormal into a failure, which will affect on-site production and use.

當(dāng)風(fēng)機(jī)處于不同的警告或故障狀態(tài)時，指示燈閃爍的次數(shù)也不同，我們可以通過數(shù)出一個周期內(nèi)指示燈閃爍的次數(shù)來判斷當(dāng)前的警告和故障信息，對應(yīng)關(guān)系如下
